Published ~ 1991/92. I go by the handle of “Foeteus Pt.1” at the time. Gasp! I started to learn how to do real layout with straight edges and rulers. I also was doing artwork on Macintosh computers & Amiga; It should be easy to pick out. Many of the backgrounds are done with computer graphics.
By this time, I was starting to network and correspond with more writers, poets, and artists not just in the punk/hardcore subculture, everything done by snail mail. My focus started to shift away from just doing music.
I was still heavy into to the punk scene, death metal, grindcore, and gothic music: culture & political activitism; Hence music reviews. The atmosphere and outlook of the zine still very much dark and trying to still keep it disturbing.
Destroy was an Anarcho-Punk band in MN/St. Paul in the early to mid-90’s. The scene in that city was very political and a since they were in with the music/political zine named Profane Existance.
