Smoked pork belly in BBQ

Finishing on gas. The BBQ is Japanese-esqu. Used hickory and apple wood.

      It tasted pretty good overall. Not my best but we had cold winds that kept my temp to low, so I didn’t render as much fat as I usually do. On the other hand it did give it extra flavor.
